Who do I call if I have an emergency?
If you have an emergency such as fire, plumbing, roof leaks or weather-related damage and require immediate assistance, contact Priestley Management Company via phone and choose option 3. Our 24-hour answering service will assist you in contacting your association manager. -
How do I make a maintenance request?
To make a maintenance request, go to your association website, https://pmc.cincwebaxis.com/, and choose Work Orders from the My Account dropdown menu. You may also email workorders@priestleymanagement.com. -

How do I change the password for my Association website account?
You may change your password on the My Profile page of your association website. Scroll down to the Login Information section. Enter your new password in the Password field, and again in the Confirm Password field. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen. -
How do I get website access assistance?
For website assistance, please contact your assistant association manager. -
How do I update my contact information?
To update your contact information with the us, please fill out and submit the Change of Owner Information form. You can also update it directly on the My Profile Page of your Association website. Keeping this information updated allows us to communicate with you regarding Association matters and is particularly important in the event of an emergency. -
How do I pay my assessments?
Online: To make a payment online, go to your association website and choose Pay Assessments from the My Account dropdown menu and follow the instructions to pay by eCheck or credit card. (Please note that credit card payments and eCheck payments are subject to a processing convenience fee.)
By Phone: To pay by phone, call Priestley Management Company and choose option 4 to pay by credit card. (Please note that credit card payments are subject to a processing convenience fee.)
By Automatic Draft: To sign up for automatic draft from your checking account, please fill out and submit an Automatic Draft form to our office.
By Mail: If you would like to mail your payment, please send your check or money order payable to your association to PMC's lockbox address:

What are the CCRs?
The CCRs, or Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, are the legal governing documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of a planned community. To access the CCRs or other governing documents for your Association, go to the Documents page of your association website and select Governing Documents from the category list on the left. -
How do I report a violation of the Association’s policies and guidelines?
To report violations, we encourage you to reach out to your association manager or assistant association manager. Your association manager’s contact information can be found on the home page of your association website, https://pmc.cincwebaxis.com/.
