    David Priestley, a Greensboro native, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in industrial relations and political science. For four years, he worked for Quadrant, Inc. in Myrtle Beach and was responsible for the management of condominium, townhome, and single family homes. In May of 1988, David relocated to Raleigh when he went to work for Ross Taylor Management Corporation where he managed similar types of properties. David is a graduate of the Community Association Institute’s (CAI) Professional Management Development Program and has been awarded the professional designations Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). He is also a member of the CAI Hall of Fame. In 2013, David served as the CAI-North Carolina chapter president.

    Becky is originally from Archdale, NC but currently resides in Welcome. She spent nine years outside of North Carolina and living abroad while a member of the US Air Force. Since returning to civilian life, she attained her Bachelor’s degree in Management and Ethics from John Wesley College. Becky has spent over 20 years in customer service and customer service management primarily for kayak and canoe manufacturing companies. She started with PMC in July 2014 as receptionist, also supporting our managers and accounting staff with various day-to-day tasks. She was promoted to customer service manager in April of 2015. In this role she provided exceptional customer service to our homeowners. In May of 2016, she was promoted to association manager. She has her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation.

    Cindy is originally from Toms River, NJ and started her career in the health field. In the 1990s, she relocated to Florida where she joined a property management company which launched her career in property management. In the early 2000s, Cindy relocated to NC and now calls this state her home. She joined Priestley Management Company in October of 2019. She brings with her over 20 years of property management experience as an onsite property manager where she oversaw construction, customer service, and day-to-day operations. She served as a liaison between owners, investors, residents, and vendors. Here at PMC, Cindy manages a portfolio of homeowner associations and looks forward to building and maintaining strong professional relationships with her boards and homeowners. She is dedicated to advancing her career as a community association manager and is currently working toward obtaining her CMCA. She also holds her CAM credentials in property management and was working towards her mortgage brokers license in Florida.

    Donna Scully joined Priestley Management Company in November 2024. She has been in the HOA management industry for over 23 years. She started as a receptionist and worked her way up to Operations Sr. Manager for an absentee owner while managing 16 communities. In 2017 in San Diego, California, Donna was a CAI Visionary Award nominee and in 2016 & 2017 MOTY (Manager of the Year). In September of 2022, she moved to North Carolina and adores the beauty of this state. Her experiences range from working with Developers, Master/Sub Communities, High-Low and Mid rises to Townhomes, and Conversions to Single Family Homes. She chose this industry because the challenges, achievements, caring for the communities, and pleasure of managing have always been worth it. Donna has had her CACM which is a California specific designation since 2011, and she is currently working on obtaining her PCAM.

    Gina Walters joined Priestley Management Company as an Association Manager in August 2024. Originally from Greensboro, NC, she attended Guilford Technical Community College in Jamestown. After spending 30 years in Florida, Gina worked for a traveling nurse staffing firm in Boca Raton and then in a family-owned custom designer jewelry store for 20 years. She returned to North Carolina and here, Gina gained experience managing commercial and residential properties over the past seven years. She is a people person who enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her kitty’s as well as indulging in photography, traveling, music, and boating. She looks forward to a long and fulfilling career with Priestley Management.

    Greg has been in the community association management field since 1980. He and his wife Pamela and daughters Sierra and Victoria moved from Alexandria, Virginia to Wilmington, North Carolina in 2002. He has worked as the executive director for the St. Regis Resorts located in Topsail Beach, NC, then as a senior community manager for CAMS, and as the vice president of property management for the coastal region of the Kuester Companies. In July 2011, he rejoined CAMS as a community manager for a large-scale community, Brunswick Plantation POA. In January 2021, he joined Priestley Management Company and is currently providing administrative support for the staff in the Wilmington, NC office. Greg’s management experience includes COA, HOA, POA, cooperative, townhouse and commercial property management, as well as residential rental properties and resort properties.

Along with having a current real estate license, he has several years of experience in retail bank management and has held a real estate appraiser’s license. Jerry has been with Priestley Management Company since 2002. He began as a customer service representative and soon advanced to an association manager. He is now our accounting manager.

    Jim, a native of Greensboro, graduated from Appalachian State University with a BSBA in Marketing. With more than twenty years’ experience in real estate, Jim has developed a diverse background in the industry. His expertise includes business development, marketing, sales, leasing, property management, operations management and construction oversight. Jim managed the Southeast Regional office for a full service real estate firm. During his time with Heritage Property Investment Trust, Inc., the southeast region’s portfolio doubled in size to approximately $6MM SF. He helped play an active role with the corporate office when HPIT started their IPO. In addition to Jim’s corporate experience, he has an entrepreneurial background starting a commercial real estate firm; services included tenant representation, site selection, lease negotiation and market research throughout North and South Carolina. Jim joined Priestley Management Company in 2016. He is currently working in our customer service department. This department works closely with all PMC association managers, vendors and homeowners.

She moved to Jacksonville, NC in 2021 for her husband's military career and relocated to Wilmington in 2024. Katie started with Priestley in April of 2024, with over five years of experience in property management, ranging from new construction builds to 20-year-old properties. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, traveling, reading, and spending time with family.

He currently works in our Wilmington office as an Association Manager. Prior to joining PMC, he worked for the Noble Company in Kure Beach as an on-site assistant manager where he gained insightful knowledge about the association management industry.     Leslie joined our staff in May of 2018. She is a native of High Point and a Winston-Salem State alumnus. She has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of accounts receivable. She started her career working for American Express and then went on to work for Pepsi Co. and IBM. Her focus at Priestley Management is to maintain the accounts receivables for our homeowner accounts. Leslie has a passion for working with the elderly and she is an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.

    Lisa Austin has been in management of some facet since college beginning her career with The Marriott Corporation as a Manager. Since that time, she has owned two businesses and has held various licenses in Medicare, Life, Health, and Property & Casualty. Lisa entered the world of HOA’s around 2012 and previously worked for Priestley Management from 2013-2018. She is back with the much-loved company, Priestley Management and looking forward to working with such a wonderful group of professionals and many she calls friends! Lisa enjoys working in all the aspects of HOA Management and appreciates the variety of residents she interacts with daily.

    Missy Wagoner joins the Priestley Management team with 17 years of real estate property management experience. She is a graduate of Appalachian State University where she attained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. During her tenure as a property manager, she gained the knowledge and trust of her residents, peers, supervisors, and investors/owners that assisted her in successfully managing multiple communities. With this knowledge and trust, she was able to create property budgets that yielded maximum revenue while ensuring operating expenses remained low, and with her dedication to customer service, she led her teams into customer service awards four consecutive years in a row. She believes that ongoing education, training, and mentoring are extremely valuable, and continue to be keys to her success.

Patty was with Burlington Industries for 18 years serving as a sales support specialist for domestic and international accounts. She is an alumnus of Guilford College, and has a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management. She has worked at PMC since 2011 and currently manages 15 communities. She has impeccable customer service and follow-up skills and is always willing to assist you with your needs. She is currently working on obtaining her CMCA certification this year to further her knowledge in the association management industry.

    Roger joined Priestley Management Company in October of 2017. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Greensboro in 2007 with a BS Degree in both Finance and Economics and has worked in the Accounting field since 2007. At PMC, Roger serves as the accounting clerk. Outside of the office, Roger enjoys movies and music, and is an avid NC State Wolfpack athletics fan.

    Rose Phelps, a Wilmington native, graduated from CFCC. She began her career in property management 25 years ago working in long/short term rentals at Wrightsville Beach. She has held her NC Broker’s license for 21 years and earned the NC Property and Casualty Insurance License in 2004. She is a member of Community Association Institute’s (CAI) and has been awarded the professional designations Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). As an onsite property manager for a master planned, gated, golf community with multiple amenities she oversaw construction and day-to-day operations. She served as a liaison between developer, owners, investors, residents, and vendors. Rose looks forward to a long career with Priestley Management Company.

    Seth graduated from Moravian College with a Bachelor of Art degree in Business Management. He worked with engineering and service companies in Greensboro before joining Priestley Management Company in June of 2011 as our client services manager.     Suzanne Walton began working with Priestley Management in February 2024. She is on site at River Place in Wilmington, NC. Suzanne is a Wilmington native and graduated from New Hanover High School in 1989. After college, she was employed with the State of N.C. in the criminal justice field and later transferred over to the Federal government. Her tenure at Corning, Inc. consisted of Human resources and updating quality architectures as an Engineering tech. Suzanne’s most recent position was a Community Support Manager in a large scale, gated community. She is so thrilled to be starting a new adventure and meeting new faces.

Wendy received the PCAM designation in March 2021. Here at PMC, she focuses on the management of large-scale community associations. Wendy is involved in various committees for the Triad area and NC Chapter of Community Associations Institute.

For 21 years, he worked as a general manager and sales representative in the hotel industry. William has a North Carolina real estate broker’s license, is a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and has been on the board of directors of his condominium association for several years. He actively volunteers on the Community Association Institute’s Triad Events Committee, which plans educational events for community managers and board members.     Yamile, originally from Miami, Florida, joined Priestley Management Company in August of 2020. She has worked in the association management industry since 1995. She started as a customer service associate/bookkeeper then worked for 7 years as an assistant manager for a 600-unit condominium association. She spent the next 15 years managing a large portfolio as a licensed CAM, Community Association Manager, in Florida. Yamile recently obtained her CMCA and is very excited to be a part of the PMC team!
