More rainfall is expected due to Hurricane Joaquin, which became a category 3 hurricane as of Wednesday night. This, along with other contributing factors, will result in significant rainfall in North and South Carolina.
Rain will become more widespread throughout the day Thursday and this trend will continue into the weekend. With the breezy conditions and the significant rainfall we have had the past week, trees could have the potential to fall, leaving some communities without power.
If you see a downed power line in your association, please call your utility company to report this immediately.
For work orders to be addressed on Monday morning, e-mail your request to email@example.com. Roof leak repairs for condominiums and townhomes will be inspected and repaired as quickly as possible next week when it is not raining. Contractors do not repair leaks until the rain as stopped. For any emergencies, please contact Priestley Management Company and follow the emergency prompt.
