We are delighted to announce that Wendy Parks has earned her Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation from Community Associations Institute. The PCAM designation is the highest professional recognition available nationwide to managers who specialize in community association management.

To earn the elite PCAM designation, a community association manager must have at least five years of community association management experience and complete all M-200 level courses. In addition, credentialed PCAMs must fulfill continuing education and service requirements, as well as adhere to the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics. Wendy joins the 2600 managers nationwide who have earned this elite status.

Wendy, a native of North Carolina, joined Priestley Management Company in July of 2016 when she relocated to Greensboro and has been working with community associations in North Carolina and Virginia since 2004. She manages a portfolio of condominiums, single family, and townhome communities.

Priestley Management Company is committed to continuing education and credentialing through CAI and we look forward to seeing additional managers within the company achieve this prestigious designation.
