In response to the COVID-19 epidemic, all Priestley Management Company offices remain closed to the public. All non-essential employees continue to work remotely as required by the Greensboro stay-at-home order. Our business hours are back to normal: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. We’re here for you if you need us. Stay safe!
If you normally drop your payments off at our Greensboro office, you may leave them in the drop box outside the front door. Please visit our website if you need information about additional payment options. You can also make the following requests through our website: general requests, accounting requests, change of owner information, maintenance requests, and architectural requests. Keep in mind that response times may be delayed due to current circumstances. We thank you in advance for your patience.
We are working with boards regarding upcoming association events and will notify you of any changes.
We continue to monitor the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as national and local health authorities and following all recommendations to help maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
Unfortunately, we do anticipate a reduction in both our staff and our vendors’ staff due to employee absence but will continue to provide you with the highest level of service possible.
